john w.28.09.2016Hello .. I ordered a Lumix cm1 camerra/handy which I recieved. I bought this as a gift for my brother\'s birthday, when I gave the handy to him he set it up with an sd card and sim and connected to my wifi. This is where the problems started It keeps re-starting and does not update to the latest version of the android software and so the phone and internet is unuseable. I have tried doing a factory reboot but nothing works. I have exactly the same phone which I bought here in Berlin and it works fine. This may be a problem with the software but I think it is best I send it back and re-place it with a new phone. could you let me know if that is the right thing to do or if you have a Berlin branch I could drive to. Many thanks and sorry for the trouble.
